- Proof of Membership in USBA, NENSA, or other appropriate organization

Civilian Usage Agreement for Range 3-1
Civilians using the biathlon facilities at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in
Jericho, VT need to read, understand, and follow the rules outlined below
before access will be granted for members to train outside of group training
times.
- There will be no individual civilian use of the range. Any civilian
who wishes to use the range must be accompanied by at least one other civilian
or a Guard member.
- All civilians must be members of the Ethan Allen Biathlon Club and
consequently read and understand general rules of use for the training
facilities at the Ethan Allen Firing Range.
- All civilians using the biathlon range facilities must put out the red range
flag before using the shooting range and put the flag away at the end of a training
session.
- The range area must be left in the same or better shape than it was found.
The responsibilities involved in creating this situation include the following:
- Rolling all ropes used during training
- Picking up all brass and depositing it in an appropriate bucket
- Putting away all wind flags
- Taking down and packing out all paper targets used
- Putting away all shooting mats used IN AN ORDERLY FASHION
- Shutting and locking mat shed
- Closing all doors to the Walker Building
- Keeping any restroom facilities used in a clean state
It is our responsibility to keep this facility clean and functioning not only for ourselves but for all other athletes training and accessing the area.
Violation of any of these rules could result in the loss of all civilian access to the range!
